Great Cloth Diaper Change Aftermath

So we did "the Change."  Our names are indelibly in the Guinness Book as having changed a baby.  Well two babies.  My mom witnessed it officially and we cleaned up, packed up, and went home.  Whew that was exhausting!  We managed to stuff 45 baby-adult combos into two rooms, and between taking pictures, making sure all the rules were followed, and counting everyone, we were in these rooms for about half an hour.  I'm exhausted and I wasn't even running it!  My friend Hannah set up, coordinated, and took down the whole event.  Mad props!  Well, here's to next year's record.

Great Cloth Diaper Change

Being natural parents, you all probably have changed a cloth diaper or two (and washed them).  Well, this Saturday is a going to be record-breaking in the cloth diaper world.  I am so excited that the Great Cloth Diaper Change is finally upon us!  Thousands of moms, dads, grandparents, and maybe nannies will be changing a child from a disposable diaper to a cloth diaper at the same time!  We are going for a Guinness book of World Records record here, and things are looking good!  My local change is happening at the NoVa Natural Birth Center, and we have 40 people signed up already!  I can't wait to be a part of this history!  Where are you changing your baby?
